Teaching Portfolio Objective

This teaching portfolio aims to document my professional journey and teaching practices as a middle school English language teacher at Dar Al-Bayan Private Schools. It highlights my ability to integrate my academic background in English language and literature with effective pedagogical approaches to teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL). The portfolio showcases my efforts to design and deliver engaging, learner-centered lessons that develop students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills while enhancing their communicative competence and confidence in using English. It also demonstrates my use of diverse teaching strategies, ongoing assessment, and reflective practice to address learners’ needs, improve learning outcomes, and foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Ultimately, it reflects my commitment to continuous professional development and to providing meaningful learning experiences that empower students to become confident and independent language learners.
